Cart infos are simply your personal contact informations which are used when buying on AQINAC's Web sites. This should normally be your personal address and not your working address which is saved elsewhere and depends on the member you're associated with (if applicable).
This tutorial will show you how to add a new user for the member you're connected to, or modify an existing user's infos.
In this tutorial you will learn how to modify the informations related to the member connected to you. Only the super-user of a member can modify its data, and each member can only have one designated super-user.
